Ahh, I'm back. The dreaded return. Pretentious am I? It's been a while since last time; but then again I foresaw this. I'm calling this entry, "Ramblings", mostly because it is, and partly because I didn't come up with anything better.

That said I think I should devote this journal entry to something that breaks my journal pattern. And since the TV season have just started, and I'm a sucker for TV series, why not write something about it? First off, this television season is coming off to a great start. I'm mostly impressed with the first few episodes of Prison Break, season 1 was great, 2 and 3 not that much so, but season 4 can be great. The "I-got-captured-again-and-must-come-up-with-ingenius-escape-plan" thing were wearing a little thin, the "we-must-take-down-a-wastly-superior-power-wich-is-way-stronger-than-us" in this season is a classic, but it's new on Prison Break, and it's classic for a reason.

Supernatural's first episode was good, I knew Dean would be back in the show somehow, but in the first episode, and brought back by an angel of God, I had no idea. Good title too, "Lazarus rising", but maybe a little too much of a give-away, after all, if your ressurection is compared to Lazarus' ressurection you just can't become evil.

Another nice opening was Bones' "british" double episode, the season looks to be good, but I think Bones is spending a little too little time in the lab, has she even joined in on a post-mortem examination? I can't remember, but my memory is a little fuzzy though.

Of new series this season I think "The Mentalist" has a lot of potential. The main character is a sort of future Shawn Spencer from Psych, who seems to have a midseason break, so perfect fit. Now that I think of it I think that Psych should have a place among my top five TV shows, hilariously fun and funny. Knight Rider also seems to be cool, used to watch the old series when I was a kid, so it kind of has a nostalgic value to me. Not entierly sure about "Fringe" though, it could be good, I just don't get any feelings from it yet. I'm also sceptical about my favourite show House, the two aired episodes are good, but I'm wondering where they are going with this "Wilson-left-bohuu-what about-my-needs?" angle.


Probably ought to write something about myself too, well, I just graduated senior high school (or it's Norwegian equivalent) this spring, and for the moment I'm just chillin' out for the season, anticipating a dreaded year in the Military, wich I'm sad to say is mandetory, but just for men (what kind of f***ed up gender equality is that (damn, I must be distustingly privileged to complain about issues like that)). Ohh, and I'm also doing a little bit of cable installing, since the whole country is going digital (HD ftw!), no more antennas, yay! I also got a new cell, wich is really cool, with GPS (silent! Conspiracy theorists...) and everything.

Ok, you can probably deduce from this journal entry that I have a lot of spare time, so there really ought to be more submissions from me. So why isn't there? I don't know, they'll probably come...soon?
